My submerged pump failed on Monday @ 9 PM. Dave was the only one willing to shuffle his schedule Tuesday morning, and by 10 AM, he had confirmed my diagnosis. Unfortunately, my pump was seized in my casing (steel). Rather than tell me I had to have a new well installed, he spent 3 days of back and forth in an effort to get the pump dislodged. On day 3, the pump came out and a new pump was installed - saving me thousands...literally. On top of that, he was happy to play the 20 questions game with me for an hour+, answering everything I asked with zero issue. The final bill was very reasonable, especially given the time he put in and the equipment used to get the old pump out. Customer for life here...5+ star review. Chris M.

Dave came out after my well quit on the 4th of July. He was thorough and diagnosed the well pump as being burnt up. It was 19 years old and original to the house so I guess it was time. He had the old pump out and replaced it within an hour (plastic well) and sold me a pressure tank on the spot as well. My total cost for the well pump replacement, tank, and labor came out just over $1,400. Thankful to have water back on that day. Bryan B.

Robert's Well Drilling came out and put in a new well pump several months ago. Was having problems with low pressure recently. Was concerned that the pump might be going bad again. Robert's Well Drilling came out and diagnosed the problem as a wrong micron filter. Replaced the filter and didn't charge us for the visit. Would definitely use them again. Bob T.
